March 2026: War Nyampun Homestay was known as Nyanderos until March 2026. All that changed was the name: The homestay remains under the same management.
War Nyampun Homestay is located on the western cape of Pulau Mansuar, about than 10 minutes from Arborek, 20 minutes from Kri and 1 hour from Waisai.
Two VIP bungalows are available. The bungalows sleep 2 on raised beds. Sheets, pillows, bolsters and mosquito nets are supplied, and bedrooms are equipped with room light switches and power outlets.
Meals at War Nyampun Homestay are served in their beach dining room. There is a large dining table with bench seating. Free drinking water, hot water, and tea and coffee are available 24 hours.
War Nyampun Homestay usually receives a fairly strong and consistent 4G signal.
Generator powered electricity is available from sunset until midnight. (If you are willing to pay for the extra fuel needed, then electricity can be provided on demand.)
War Nyampun Homestay is quite isolated so be sure to bring any supplies you can’t live without. The village kiosks, accessible only by boat, sell very basic supplies of the kind used by local people.
Raja Ampat suffers from a total lack of safe and effective waste disposal and recycling infrastructure. Please limit what you bring with you and be sure to take all your inorganic trash away with you when you leave. Inorganic rubbish left behind will only contribute to the trashing of paradise.
Minimal English is spoken at War Nyampun Homestay, so bringing a translation app or phrasebook is recommended.
Transport / Getting there
Transfers between Waisai and War Nyampun Homestay cost IDR 1,200,000 each way. A long boat capable of carrying 5 passengers is used, and the cost is shared among passengers.

Sometimes, when a new homestay struggles to attract guests and reviews, the owners believe that the name is the problem.
War Nyampun means “the path to the freshwater spring”.
We hope that today’s name change will the the path to guests supportive enough to book at a new homestay, and kind enough to leave reviews afterward 🙏
Nyanderos Homestay was added to Stay Raja Ampat today, and so does not have any reviews yet.
It’s really hard for homestays new to the website.
Why not give them a chance, and then be the first to submit some feedback for them?
They’ll be so happy to see you! 😊🙏
