Waisai Blessing Homestay sits high on a hill on the outskirts of Waisai town.
The single VIP bungalow with ensuite bathroom is the perfect base from which to visit the famed Kali Biru / Blue River, or a very convenient place for the night before or after the ferry trip.
The bungalow occupies a grassy area opposite the host family’s home.
The room features a raised double bed, an electric fan and power outlets.
Waisai Blessing Homestay receives a strong 4G phone signal, and has 24/7 electricity form the Waisai town supply.
Meals are served on the verandah of the host family’s home, and free drinking water, and tea and coffee making supplies are always available there.
Banks, ATMs, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and all the other conveniences of Waisai township are close to hand.
English is spoken at Waisai Blessing Homestay.
Transport / Getting there
Transport from the harbour to Waisai Blessing Homestay costs IDR 100,000 by car.
If you are travelling light, there is also the cheaper option of taking an ojek (motorbike taxi).
Activities
Waisai town is a 5 minute car or ojek ride away.
On foot, it's about a thiry minute walk to the town center. Closer to hand are the town markets and local boat hire piers.
