Four private bungalows are set in the shade of beachside trees.
All bungalow bedrooms have real beds, and extra mattresses can be provided if needed. Bedding includes sheets, pillows, bolsters and mosquito nets. Bungalow bedrooms are also equipped with fans and cupboards. Light switches and power outlets for charging devices are provided. All bungalows have covered verandahs with a table and chairs and excellent ocean views.
Meals are served at a beachside dining shelter, and drinking water, and tea and coffee making supplies are provided free of charge.
Guests share a two-room bathroom building which has a western style toilet in one room and dip mandi (bucket) bathing in the other.
Electricity is supplied by generator, and is available from sunset to around midnight.
A variable phone signal is usually available at Mioskor Homestay. (Half bars and an H connection the day we visited.)
Only a little English is spoken at Mioskor Homestay, so a phrasebook or a translation app will prove handy if you don’t speak Bahasa Indonesia.
Pam village is a ten minute boat ride away, and basic supplies can be purchased in shops there.
Please be aware that, as everywhere in Raja Ampat, there is no way to properly dispose of inorganic waste at Mioskor. To avoid contributing to the trashing of paradise, all homestays ask that you take all your inorganic trash away with you when you leave.
Transport / Getting there
Transfers between Waisai and Mioskor Homestay are by longboat capable of carrying 4 passengers max. The one-way transfer cost of IDR 2,500,000 is shared by passengers.

Here's what you need to know about getting the cargo boat to Fam.
Activities
Snorkelling and sightseeing
Beautiful white sand beaches and a rich fringing reef afford great snorkelling opportunities, and Mioskor Homestay can of course organise snorkelling and sightseeing trips to Piaynemo and any other of the Pam Islands you care to visit.
Pam Island is only a ten minute boat ride away and is a great place to spend the day. Two villages, long beaches and walking trails provide plenty of opportunities to explore.
Nearby Pambemuk Island is tiny, but it hosts Pam's largest village and port. It's also a great place to spend a day.
When you're done, relax and soak up the sunset from your bungalow verandah while the breeze whispers through Mios Kor's native casuarinas.

I would like to share my experience from Mioskor homestay. After booking Mioskor, I asked via http://www.stayrajampat.com for the price per boat to Waisai. I got this answer:
„Mioskor advertises a price of IDR 1,800,000 for pickups from Waisai“So if we were in Mioskor homestay, I called the owner for checking the price per boat (he was the whole time in Waisai). He told me the price 2,500 000 per boat from Mioskor to Waisai.
When I told him I have information from stayrajaampat.com the price should be max. 2, 000 000, he told me it is 1.800 000 per long boat. But he recommended speedboat for 2,500 000 IDR.
Finally we decided for speed boat , because we had to be in Waisai before 9.00 am. We had flight tickets from Sorong to Jakarta and then to Singapore. I repeated this several times in the homestay, it is a neceséry to catch the plane, because we have flight tickets. They told me ok, it better is to go by speedboat. So I agreed, we went at 7.00 am to Waisai with boat with two 15HP (which is longboat, not speedboat, how told me then in Waisai, but charged 2.5 M). But we didn´t catch the ferry, we came to the harbour Waisai at 9.45. They only told me because of big waves we have delay- but big waves were only between Pam and Arborek (as usually). So I ask them how can I go to Sorong, because go at 2.00 pm is not possible, we flew at. 4.00 pm- and they knew it. They then told me only by speedboat 7.000 000 – I did not agree, because it was not our mistake. Finally I had to pay 4.500000 per boat to Sorong. So I would like to ask you who pay us 4.500 000 ? Because it was not our mistake, I think the homestay could be able to ensure the boat from there to Waisai at time? I would like note, that I spoke regarding the speedboat with one man from stayrajaampat. and he arranged the boat.
